Where is my progress saved?
Your levels, stars and light are stored only on your phone. If you delete the app, your progress is deleted too. When you move to a new phone with an iCloud backup or Quick Start, your progress comes along.
When do my lives refill?
You can hold up to 5 lives, and one comes back every 30 minutes. Keep notifications on and we'll let you know when they're full.
When does the daily gift reset?
Every midnight, on your phone's clock. If you miss a day, the seven-day streak starts again.
How do I turn off notifications?
Use the Notifications switch in the game's Settings, or turn them off in the iPhone Settings app.
I'm stuck on a level.
You can pick boosters before a level starts and use the hammer and shuffle helpers while playing. Win levels in a row to start the next one with special candies.
Sound or vibration feels like too much.
In Settings you can turn Sound effects, Background music and Vibration off separately. The "Simple effects" option also reduces motion and particles.
